Harmans Meal Service delivers home cooked meals daily throughout Winnipeg. We specialize in dietary meals, restricted meals and speciality meals. We prepare our food daily, so you can always expect fresh ingredients. If you live at home and have trouble traveling to your local grocery store or have difficulty preparing meals, we can offer you a perfect solution. Our convenient service delivers 5 days a week, so contact us, and have delicious meals prepared especially for you.

We work with organizations such as Veterans Affairs, Social Assistance, MPI, Workers Compensation and Public Trustees.

There is no need to wait around while you prepare and cook a meal with our delivered meals. With Harmans Meal Service. All you need to do is reheat and enjoy your fresh meal.

Meals are only $10.00 including tax and delivery, add your choice of soup, salad, or dessert for an extra $1.50, extra meal preparation $1.00. If you order 3 or fewer meals per week, we require COD, and if you order 4 or more meals per week, a monthly billing account will be set up. Payment is due upon receipt. We accept cash or cheque, which can be sent via mail or given to your delivery driver. Credit Card payments are accepted as well, but will be subject to a 2% processing fee.

Extra portions and/or desserts can be added to your menu for only a small fee.
Please note that a surcharge will be added to meals that require special preparation.
If you wish to discontinue service with Harman’s Meals, we require 1 week's notice unless it is in case of an emergency.
Upgrade your container from styrofoam to an aluminum foil container are available for a small fee.
